Have an average of at least 70 percent for a Bachelor's, 75 percent for a Master's and PhD, and 90 percent in medicine, dentistry and pharmacy
Be under 21 for a Bachelor's, under 30 for a Master's, under 35 for a PhD
Be a graduate, or about to graduate before August of the application year
Do not hold Turkish nationality
Not already be enrolled at a Turkish university at the same level

Check the calendar and criteria on the official website
Create an account on the online application system (free)
Fill in the file and choose your programmes
Go through the evaluation and interviews (March to June)
Results in early August, then leave for Turkey in September
