The alert form
When you ask for the weekly list or a deadline reminder, we store your email address, the page where you signed up, the country you chose if any, and the date. We use it only to send you those emails. Every email has a link to unsubscribe in one click. We never sell or share your address.
The advertiser form
When a university or foundation asks to feature a program, we store the organisation name, website, email, chosen offer, message and date, to answer the request.
Payments
Payments for the Application Kit and for sponsored placements are handled by Stripe on its own pages. We do not see or store card numbers.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and uses no third party analytics. The site is served through Cloudflare, which may set strictly technical cookies for security.
Server logs
Like every web server, ours keeps technical logs of requests (address of the page, time, browser and IP address) to keep the site running and to stop abuse. They are deleted automatically as new logs replace them.
