Qatar University International Students Scholarship

You study for a Bachelor's degree without paying tuition or books, with shared housing and transport to campus. You receive QAR 500 per month and a return flight ticket each year.

Who can apply

All countries (international students). Check the exact list of countries on the official page.

  • High school diploma or equivalent with an average of at least 95 percent
  • Be fully admitted to the university and meet the faculty's requirements
  • No other scholarship at the same time
  • No transfer students, visiting students or second Bachelor's degrees
  • Keep a GPA of at least 3.0 out of 4 and pass 12 credits per semester
  • The scholarship ends if you fail your first semester.

How to apply

  1. Check your high school average (95 percent minimum)
  2. Fill in the online scholarship request during the announced period
  3. Send the originals of your high school transcript to the admissions office in Doha
  4. Wait for the university's decision
